Warranty:

CJAY Trailers Inc.
CJay extends the following warranty to the original owner of a new CJAY trailer. Within a period of 36 months after initial purchase, and when owned by the original purchaser, any CJay products, or part thereof, that upon inspection at CJay factory or authorized CJay dealer, is proved defective in material and workmanship, shall be repaired or replaced, at CJay’s option, without charge to the owner. This warranty shall not apply with respect to any defect arising from a buyer’’ or user’’ willful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow CJay’s instruction (whether oral or in writing), misuse, or alterations or repairs of the product without CJay’s express written approval.

Iron Bull Trailers:
Norstar warrants each new Iron Bull Trailer to be free from structural defects for a period of three (3) years from the date of first retail purchase. Structural components covered by this warranty include: the main frame, subframe and cross members, hoist, hangers, and dump box. Norstar warrants each new Iron Bull Trailer to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of first retail purchase, subject to the conditions, limitations and exclusions noted below.

Norstar warrants each new Iron Bull Trailer to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of first retail purchase, subject to the conditions, limitations and exclusions noted below.
a. Norstar warrants its paint finish to be consistent with industry standards for six (6) months from the date of original factory sale.
b. Norstar warrants all lumber components to be consistent with the industry standards for ninety (90) days from the original factory sale.

Majestik Trailers:
All Majestik Trailers carry a 2 (two) year warranty covering materials and workmanship, Electrical wiring. Wear items (brakes & components) covered only against defects for 1 (one) year. Dexter Torflex Axle components (suspension) carry a 5 (five) year limited warranty. Tires covered only against manufacturer defects and will be pro-rated. Paint warranted only against sheeting not rock chipping for a period of 6 (six) months. Deck material, if applicable not warrantable.

PJ Trailers:
Three (3) Year Frame/One (1) Year Limited Warranty
All PJ Trailers with the model year of 2010 or later receive a 3-year frame warranty and a 1-year limited warranty.

TrailTech Trailers:
Within a period of five years (60 months) after the initial purchase, and when owned by the original purchaser, any Trailtech products, or part therefore, that upon inspection at Trailtech factory, is proved defective in material and workmanship, shall be repaired or replaced, at Trailtech’s option, without charge to the owner. This warranty shall not apply with respect to any defect arising from a buyers or users willful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow Trailtech instruction (whether oral or in writing), misuse, or alteration or repair of the product without Trailtech’s expressed written approval.

Trailtech does not warranty components not manufactured by Trailtech, such as but not limited to axles, suspensions, suspension parts, suspension hardware, brake linings, brake components, bearings, tires, wheels, center caps, lights, jacks, couplers, safety chains, breakaway kits, or brake systems which are covered by their respective manufacturers’ warranties.

Within a period of one year (12 months), warranty will apply to electrical wiring and paint. Warranty to paint does not include deterioration or damage from road elements, improper washing or use of solvents when washing, sand, salt, rocks or other weather conditions.

Normal wear on any items will not be subject to warranty. Normal wear items include, but are not limited to tires, bearings, brake linings, lights, and hoses.

True North Trailers:
Failure to register the True North Trailers within the thirty (30) days from the date of purchase may void the Limited Warranty.

THREE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Subject to the requirements, exclusions and limitations stated below, the structure of your True North Trailers is warranted to the original retail purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship by True North Trailers arising from normal use for three (3) years from the date of purchase. The structure is that portion of the trailer which includes the main frame, consisting of the bottom rails, cross members, and the subframe, excluding the floor boards and running gear.

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Subject to the requirements, exclusions and limitations stated below, all other components, excluding components made by other manufacturers, of your True North Trailers are warranted to the original retail purchaser against any defect in the materials and workmanship by True North Trailers arising from normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
